Aparnaa Ganapathy – Bharathanatyam

On 19th March 2017 (Sunday) at 6.30 PM: Aparnaa Ganapathy presented her excellented bharathanatyam recital. This is her maiden performance, a disciple of guru Latha Ravi who trained her very well.

Aparnaa presented the first half of the recital ardently addressing both the jathis and abhinaya very well in Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna’s pushpaanjali, alarippu, jatheeswaram and Tanjore quartets shabdham. She is energetic and her passion for dance was evident through presentation in the varnam maaye maayan sodhariye – she enacted the various episodes very well, answered the jathis well. Both dance and music were attractive for maadu meikkum kanne. Action for adhuvum solluval was good and she was expressive. Thillana was brisk and graceful.
